DALLASTOWN- Jeffrey L. Klinedinst, 75, passed away Friday, January 6, 2017 at Memorial Hospital in York. He was the husband of Linda K. (Harbold) Klinedinst. The couple celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary on December 31, 2016. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 2p.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, with a visitation from 12:30-2 p.m. Certified Celebrant Brigitte Morgan will be officiating at the service. Mr. Klinedinst was born in West York on July 18, 1941, the son of Robert H. Klinedinst, Jr. and Laberta (Fillmore) Klinedinst. He retired from the former Borg Warner in York after 40 years of service and then worked for Kinsley Education Center where he taught welding. Mr. Klinedinst was a member o f Viking Athletic Club, West York V.F.W., Prince Athletic Association, South End Democratic Club, Dallastown American Legion, and Vigilant Club. He was a member of the UAW Local 1872, where he was an officer for a number of years. Mr. Klinedinst leaves two sons, Robert L. Klinedinst and his wife Shelia of Littlestown and Jeffrey L. Klinedinst, Jr. of New York; two daughters, Amy L. Glatfelter of York and Andrea L. Fisher and her husband Bryan of Dallastown; 13 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two brothers, Barry F. Klinedinst and his wife Barbara of York and Michael D. Klinedinst and his wife Gloria of York, and his beloved dog Bella. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Christine E. Klinedinst and Michelle E. “Mick” Geisinger and a son, Joseph H. Klinedinst. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 924-N Colonial Ave., York, PA 17403.
