Jane (Wenton) Hamil

POTTSVILLE - Jane Hamil, 66, of Pottsville, died Tuesday afternoon at Luther Ridge, Pottsville. Born in Jersey City, NJ, on January 29, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Sarah (Walton) Wenton. She was a graduate of Pocono Mountain High School. Jane was a Licensed Practical Nurse. Until the beginning or her illness, Jane worked at the Shawnee Academy, in Shawnee. A loving mother and grandmother, Jane is survived by: a son, Jeremy Adkins and his wife Jen, Shickshinny; two daughters, Hilary and her husband Tom Durilla, Allentown, and Tiffany and her husband George Pesansky, Pottsville; three grandchildren, Derek Durilla, Kailea Adkins and Nicholas Pesansky; a brother, Bill Wenton, Reeders; and two nephews, Jason and Jaret Wenton. A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 28th, at the Bolock Funeral Home, Inc. Hwy 940 and Hwy 390, Cresco, Pennsylvania   18326, from 2-4 PM. The Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home, Inc. 6th & W. Market St., Pottsville, is handling the local arrangements.
