MILTON - Ida V. Yingling, 88, died on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at the Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg. Ida was born on August 15, 1919 in Danville and was a daughter of the late Harvey J. and Ethel (Covert) Yingling. She was a former employee of Roselon Yarns of Danville and Montgomery Mills of Montgomery. Ida was a member of the Milton First Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed sewing, embroidery, reading and spending time with her children and grandson. Ida is survived by one son and daughter in law; David Kimber and Brenda Yingling of Waynesboro, VA, one daughter; Agnes L. Funk of Milton, one grandson; Nathan Austin Yingling of Waynesboro, VA and one sister; Arwilda Winters of Vinton, VA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters; Helen Hagenbuch and Mildred Hagenbuch. A memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Friday, July 18, 2008 at the Milton First Church of the Nazarene, 456 King St., Milton with Pastor Robert E. Morris officiating. Burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions in Ida's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1948 E. Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701 or to the Milton First Church of the Nazarene, 456 King St., Milton, PA 17847. Arrangements are being handled by the Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front St., Milton.
