Ian M. Forry

Windsor—Ian M. Forry, 24, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018 at York Hospital. A Celebration of Life Service will be 11AM, Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. A visitation will be from 9-11AM, Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Mt. Rose Cemetery with full military honors. Born October 19, 1993 in York, he was the son of Mark E. and Karen D. (Gray) Forry of York. He graduated from York County School of Technology in 2012. He immediately enlisted in the United States Marine Corps serving 4 years active duty, including in Afghanistan. He was employed with Wagman Heavy Civil as a construction laborer. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and was a member of the Starview Sportsman’s Club. He also enjoyed spending time with his Dad in the garage. Ian is also survived by a sister, Breanne A. Forry of Newtown; paternal grandparents, Larry and Joann Forry; maternal grandparents, Ronald and Suzanne Gray and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
