Dorothy O. Grove

Dallastown—Dorothy O. Grove, 86, died Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at Victorian Villa. A celebration of life service will be held Friday, January 30, 2009 at Life Tributes by Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. A viewing will be from 9 to 10 a.m., Friday, at the funeral chapel. Burial will be held in Zion United Methodist Cemetery. Born April 29, 1922 in Felton, Ms. Grove was the daughter of the late Ralph and Viotta M. (Flinchbaugh) Grove. She was employed in the cutting department of Red Lion Manufacturing, where she worked for several years until her retirement. A member of St. Paul (Lebanon) Evangelical Lutheran Church in Felton, she was also a member of the Felton Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, loved traveling, crossword puzzles and crocheting. Ms. Grove is survived by a sister-in-law, Zelda V. Grove of Red Lion and a nephew, Randy G. Grove of Red Lion. She was preceded in death by a brother, Richard E. Grove. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul (Lebanon) Evangelical Lutheran Church, 6955 Rippling Run Rd, Felton, Pa 17322.
