Donald R. Roff

RENOVO - Donald R. “Shorty” Roff, 71, of Cross Fork, passed away Monday, July 11, 2016 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville where he was a patient since Thursday. He was born August 4, 1944 in Woodbury, NJ a son of the late Harry and Adelaide (Ayres) Roff. Shorty was married to the former Gloria J. Nesman who survives. He was a welder and also worked in various coal mines in the Clearfield area. He was a member of the American Legion of Renovo. He enjoyed darts, hunting and fishing. Surviving are his loving wife; two sons Donald Roff of Egg Harbor, NJ and Scott Roff of Shermansdale, PA and one daughter Kimberly Parker of New Jersey. Three grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by a brother Harry Roff and a sister Leona Cain. A memorial service will be planned and announced. Maxwell Funeral Home, Renovo has charge of arrangements.
