Clara C. (Kaminski) Langan

WILKES-BARRE-Clara C. Langan, 94, of Wilkes-Barre passed away Saturday morning at the home of her grand daughter Lorraine Veneziale and great grandson Specialist Jason Veneziale. Born in Dickson City on May 21, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Clementine (Butchaneski) Kaminski. She was a member of St. Boniface Church. She also enjoyed attending Bingo at the church and a Wednesday night card club with her neighborhood friends. Clara was preceded in death by her husband, William; son, Lawrence; brothers, Frank, Walter, Stephen, Adam, Michael and Alex Kaminski; and sisters, Stella Russin , Eva Turk, Stephanie Johnson, Francie Kaminski, Mamie Kaminski and Florence Kolinsky. She is survived by her son, Robert Langan, Mountaintop; daughter, Lorraine Galchefski, Plymouth; 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, including Patricia Bockowski who assisted with Clara's caregiving. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA.
