Charlene E. Wallbillick

YORK- Charlene E. (Muth) Wallbillick, 67, of West Manchester Township, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018. She was the loving wife of the late Frederick L. Wallbillick, Jr. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2935 Kingston Rd. in York, with a visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be private at the request of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Wallbillick was born in Baltimore, MD on October 14, 1950, the daughter of Charlotte E. (Johnson) Muth of Catonsville, MD and the late Andrew C. Muth. She retired from Proctor & Gamble in Hunt Valley, MD after over 25 years of service. Mrs. Wallbillick was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in York. She was a loving caregiver to all; a devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many. She was the life of a party, filling the room with happiness and laughter. She was a talented crafter and gardener, loved all things Baltimore, including steamed crabs, and snowballs with marshmallow; as well as dancing with her soul sisters to Motown. Mrs. Wallbillick leaves a son, Fred Andrew Wallbillick and his wife Emily of Overland Park, KS; two sisters, Mary C. Connolly and Margaret A. Grove. Char was an aunt to Jennifer Connolly along with other nieces and nephews, and a great aunt to “her girls” Grace and Charlotte; and a best friend to her dog, Snickers.
